We ship worldwide from our distribution network in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. International shipping is available to most countries through our trusted logistics partners.

نوفّر خدمات الشحن إلى مختلف أنحاء العالم من خلال شبكة التوزيع التابعة لنا في دولة قطر ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية. كما يتاح الشحن الدولي إلى معظم الدول عبر شركائنا الموثوقين في مجال الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية.

ORDER PREPARATION & PROCESSING

تجهيز الطلبات ومعالجتها

Orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

يتم تجهيز الطلبات ومعالجتها خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الدفع.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

بعد تسليم طلبك إلى شركة الشحن، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تتضمن بيانات تتبع الشحنة.

Order processing hours are Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Qatar time, GMT+3). Orders are not processed or delivered on Fridays. Order processing is also suspended on public holidays.

تكون أوقات معالجة الطلبات من الأحد إلى الخميس، من الساعة ⁦9:00⁩ صباحًا حتى ⁦8:30⁩ مساءً، ويوم السبت من الساعة ⁦10:00⁩ صباحًا حتى ⁦8:30⁩ مساءً (بتوقيت قطر، ⁦GMT+3⁩). ولا تتم معالجة الطلبات أو توصيلها أيام الجمعة، كما تتوقف معالجة الطلبات خلال العطلات الرسمية.

During product launches, promotional campaigns, peak holiday periods, or unusually high order volumes, preparation and processing may take longer than usual.

قد يستغرق تجهيز الطلبات ومعالجتها وقتًا أطول من المعتاد خلال إطلاق المنتجات أو الحملات الترويجية أو مواسم العطلات أو فترات ارتفاع الطلب.

Important: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Estimated delivery begins once the order has been dispatched.

ملاحظة مهمة: مدة معالجة الطلب منفصلة عن مدة التوصيل، وتبدأ مدة التوصيل التقديرية من تاريخ تسليم الطلب إلى شركة الشحن.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary according to the destination and customs clearance.

تُحتسب مدد التوصيل التقديرية من تاريخ تسليم الطلب إلى شركة الشحن، وقد تختلف بحسب وجهة الشحنة وإجراءات التخليص الجمركي.

QATAR EXPRESS DELIVERY

التوصيل السريع داخل قطر

Where available, Express Delivery within Qatar offers an estimated delivery time of 2–3 hours. Service availability and the applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.

عند توفرها، تقدم خدمة التوصيل السريع داخل قطر بمدة تقديرية تتراوح بين ساعتين وثلاث ساعات. ويظهر مدى توفر الخدمة ورسومها عند إتمام الطلب.

Express Delivery estimates may be affected by traffic, weather, public holidays, order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

قد تتأثر مدة التوصيل السريع بحركة المرور أو الأحوال الجوية أو العطلات الرسمية أو كثافة الطلبات أو غيرها من الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا.

International & GCC Shipping

الشحن الدولي والشحن إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

For GCC and international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and selected shipping method. The final charge is shown before order confirmation.

بالنسبة إلى الطلبات المرسلة إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والوجهات الدولية، تُحتسب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب بناءً على الوجهة ووزن الشحنة وأبعادها وطريقة الشحن المختارة. ويظهر المبلغ النهائي قبل تأكيد الطلب.

We currently work with DHL and Aramex. The courier assigned to an order may vary according to the destination and service availability.

نتعامل حاليًا مع شركتي ⁦DHL⁩ و⁦Aramex⁩، وقد تختلف شركة الشحن المخصصة للطلب بحسب الوجهة ومدى توفر الخدمة.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

الجمارك والرسوم والضرائب

Import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes, and any other local charges are not included in your order total.

لا تشمل قيمة الطلب رسوم الاستيراد أو الرسوم الجمركية أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو الضرائب أو أي رسوم محلية أخرى.

These charges are assessed by the customs authority in the destination country when the shipment arrives and may be payable by the recipient before or upon delivery.

تحدد الجهة الجمركية في بلد الوجهة هذه الرسوم عند وصول الشحنة، وقد يُطلب من المستلم سدادها قبل استلام الشحنة أو عند تسليمها.

Haneen AlSaify Trading does not determine or control these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. Customs rules vary by country, and the recipient is responsible for all related charges.

لا تخضع هذه الرسوم لسيطرة شركة حنين الصيفي للتجارة، ولا يمكننا تقدير قيمتها أو ضمانها مسبقًا. وتختلف الأنظمة الجمركية من دولة إلى أخرى، ويتحمل المستلم مسؤولية سداد جميع الرسوم ذات الصلة.
