Orders

If you have placed a paid order, you can request cancellation by contacting our customer service at support@haneenalsaify.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please email us immediately at support@haneenalsaify.com with your correct address. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update it for you.

Return

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges only for orders within Qatar. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. Please note that exchanges carry a fee of QAR 30. International orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Please contact us at support@haneenalsaify.com with your order number and photos of the items received. We will correct the order for Qatar deliveries only.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order for Qatar deliveries only. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and a QAR 30 fee applies. International orders are not eligible.

Shipment & Delivery

Delivery times vary by location:
• Qatar: 1 day
• UAE: 2–3 working days
• Saudi Arabia: 5–6 working days
• DHL International: 3–4 business days
All orders placed during weekends or after working hours will be delivered on the next working day.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination. Please note:
• International orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Orders are subject to customs fees, which are not included in your order total.

Yes, express delivery options are available for Qatar only.
