How can I cancel my order?
If you have placed a paid order, you can request cancellation by contacting our customer service at support@haneenalsaify.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Please email us immediately at support@haneenalsaify.com with your correct address. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update it for you.
I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@haneenalsaify.com with your order details and we will resend the confirmation.

I received incorrect items in my order. What should I do?

Do you offer returns and exchange?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges only for orders within Qatar. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Please note that exchanges carry a fee of QAR 30.
International orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

How long do I have to return or exchange a product?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order for Qatar deliveries only. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and a QAR 30 fee applies.
International orders are not eligible.

I am living in Qatar, if I place my order on Thursday, when will I receive it?
All orders placed during weekends or after working hours will be delivered on the next working day.

Do you offer expressor same-day delivery?
Yes, express delivery options are available for Qatar only.
